The Detroit Red Wings have reassigned defenseman Gleason Fournier from the Grand Rapids Griffins to the ECHL's Toledo Walleye.

Fournier appeared in three games with the Griffins this season, failing to score a point. He has played 16 career games in Grand Rapids, notching only a goal and three assists.

No word as to whom will be recalled. The Griffins will be back in action Friday night at home against the Chicago Wolves.
