The Grand Rapids Griffins have called up the following three players from the ECHL Toledo Walleye:
- Luke Glendening (forward)
- Andrej Nestrasil (forward)
- Gleason Fournier (defenseman)
Glendening will make his debut with the Griffins Wednesday when they take on Rochester. The East Grand Rapids native and former University of Michigan captain has 14 goals and seven assists with the Walleye in 27 games. He last played in the AHL last season with Providence in three games.
Nestrasil is the second leading scorer for the Walleye this season, tallying 24 points (seven goals, 17 assists) in 27 games. He has been on a hot streak as of late, registering at least a point in the last eight games. He played 25 games in Grand Rapids last season, tallying three goals and an assist.
Fournier has played three games with the Griffins this season, registering four penalty minutes.
