The Detroit Red Wings and their AHL affiliate Grand Rapids Griffins will hold a Red vs. White scrimmage at Compuware Arena in Plymouth, Michigan tonight at 6 pm.

Admission to the event is free. Doors will open at 5 pm.

38 players from the Red Wings and Griffins will take part in the scrimmage. They will be divided up into two teams of 19, with both teams consisting of NHL regulars and members of the Griffins.

The rosters can be found here.

It should be note that the rosters were done before Pavel Datsyuk arrived in Detroit this afternoon. When Mike Babcock was asked about Datsyuk's availability, he said, “That’s a Pavel decision and when he gets back, depending on how he’s feeling he doesn’t have to get off the plane and do anything. The fans would love to see him, obviously. So we’ll see what happens tomorrow.”

This is a great opportunity for fans to get a look at the regular players and some of the future players.
