Detroit Red Wings forward Todd Bertuzzi will be out several weeks with mononucleosis, Fox Spots Detroit reports.

Bertuzzi was listed as out with the flu for tonight's game against the Blues.

Jan Mursak will skate on the third line with Justin Abdelkader and Danny Cleary tonight. Bertuzzi's absence will test the Red Wings, especially against the more physical teams.

In other news, center Darren Helm skated with the team today at practice, but will not play tonight.
